This image of a black chrome insect is part of a motion study and demo reel piece that I am currently working on. It was created with LightWave 5.6 for the Macintosh and is animated using inverse kinematics in conjunction with Prem Subrahmanyam's Relativity to automate the leg movement. As the bug walks or turns, the legs move automatically.
